As a result of the Coronavirus epidemic, our breakfast meetings are being held online to the regular schedule using Zoom, with our regular mix of fellowship, guest speakers and ‘table’ discussions (via Zoom breakout rooms). Please follow the links on this page to book as usual and we’ll send you details of how to join the Zoom sessions.
Welcome to the Warwickshire and Northants Group, we meet on the last Thursday of each month and we enjoy catching up with each other over breakfast and either listening to a knowledgeable speaker or studying a thought provoking DVD series.
Meeting at 07:30 until 09:00 means the meeting does not impact too much on the working day, on the contrary we usually feel encouraged and uplifted after each meeting and at £12 we value the regular input.
As the coordinator of this group, I would personally like to invite you to sign up below to receive our monthly invitation to this group. We don’t send any adverts or other unrelated information and you can remove yourself from this at anytime.
Warwickshire & Northants ONLINE Breakfast – 30th July 2020 at 8:00am
Speaker/Topic: Cheryl Sheperd
You are warmly invited to our final Warwicks & Northants CBL breakfast before the August holiday – LIVE ONLINE on Thursday, 30th July 2020 at 8:00 am via Zoom where we will hear from Cheryl Shepard, Managing Director of training company, Keyturn, as she shares with us her excellent knowledge on ‘Coaching /Mentoring.’
As business leaders one of our responsibilities is to develop and bring on others so they can maximise their potential. But how intentional are we in exercising this responsibility, and could we do better?
CBL looks to equip Christian business leaders to grow successful businesses, lead inspirational lives and seek to transform the lives of others, so we have organised this breakfast meeting lead by Cheryl Shepherd, Managing Director of training company Keyturn.
Cheryl will take us on a journey to help us become better coaches and give us a chance to try out some coaching techniques along the way. Coaching has been described as a process of unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them. If we want to be inspirational leaders and have great companies staffed by great people, what is there not to like about improving our own coaching skills?
Cheryl has a 22 year association with Keyturn and has been Managing Director since 2016, where she is passionate about developing people so that they are more able to do the jobs they are employed to do, gaining greater job satisfaction in the process, producing higher levels of motivation and achievement.
Please join us on Thursday, 30th July 2020 at 8:00 am, contact Katie at firstname.lastname@example.org for log in details and to notify us of your attendance! This will be our final breakfast before the August holiday, when we will resume again in September.
